This private group is where all registered retreat attendees will get to know each other prior to arrival. The goal of this community is to learn how to consciously build connections over a sustained period of time in an effort to learn how to trust ourselves and others again.

We encourage you to use the group to coordinate travel arrangements with each other (re. sharing a rental car or coordinating optional excursions or sightseeing adventures together).

Details about optional excursions that include but aren't limited to hot air balloon rides, glass blowing, star gazing, wine tastings will be provided in the private group. We encourage retreat goers to embrace all the magic that Sedona, AZ has to offer by exploring all there is to see during the first half of Day 1 and the last half of Day 2.

Your Retreat Host will facilitate an online pre-departure meet and greet one week prior to departure via Zoom and answer any lingering questions you may have before arrival.

 Day 1: Sisterhood Solar Eclipse

Everyone will be traveling in their own style and at their own pace so you will begin the first half of your retreat day by enjoying free time.

Meet your Retreat Host (Lindsey Fox) at 2:30 p.m. where we will collectively check-in to our beautiful home for the extended weekend.

Upon arrival, you will receive your room assignment and be greeted with a Welcome Gift ($75 value!).

We will engage in meet + greets and expectation setting before enjoying a light hike to Sedona's peace stupa at Peace Park. Upon arrival,  will participate in a group meditation and intention setting ritual in honor of the evening's highly anticipated solar eclipse.

The goal is to collectively set our intentions and gratitudes for ourselves and each other in an effort to produce optimal outcomes during this transformational journey as a sisterhood of conscious healers.

You can expect the night to include vulnerable discussions over comfort food and lots of R&R under the stars and/or in the hot tub. The choice is yours!

Day 2: Learn to Trust Your Intuition + Lean into Mercury Retrograde

Each morning will begin with an optional outdoor meditation over the sunrise from 6:00 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. We will practice the art of being still in silent reflection and explore concepts of mindfulness to foster new insights and self-awareness to start the day.

Expect to embrace philosophical concepts of Buddhism through our communal living environment where we will cook, dine, and clean-up together for breakfast and lunch.

Each day of learning will begin with an "energy check" and setting our intentions and gratitude for the day.

We will dive into behind-the-scenes psychology of why we think and behave in the way we do, how to get unstuck, and generate powerful mindset shifts to release what no longer serves you. To truly change our thinking patterns, we must learn how to decipher perception from reality and live in our light.  There will be various opportunities offered  throughout the day to gently practice the flow of un-learning unhelpful thinking patterns that have kept you from becoming who you are meant to be.

Expect to lean into the discomfort of vulnerability by discovering how to tap into your third eye to receive intuitive guidance from a place of peace instead of fear. We will put all that we've learned today into practice through a communal activity, and conclude the night with a burning ceremony to release all that no longer serves your Highest Good.

Day 3: Vortex Yoga Hiking Magic

Each morning will begin with an optional outdoor meditation over the sunrise from 6:00 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. We will practice the art of being still in silent reflection and explore concepts of mindfulness to foster new insights and self-awareness to start the day.

 Why Does Communal Living Matter?

Retreats hosted by Conscious Healers, LLC will embrace tenets of Buddhist psychology and philosophy.

Buddhists around the world utilize communal living situations with the aim of simplifying life's complexities by empowering human connectedness to foster room for friendships with like-minded people, and supporting each others' attempts to practice the Dharma. In lament terms, communal living environments allows us space to practice what we learn to preach.

By embracing concepts of collectivism, we learn to share, tolerate other people's habits, and how to communicate honestly to resolve differences. It helps people to develop loving-kindness by loosening the divide between self and other, and gradually to realize the interconnected nature of life.

Conscious Healers, LLC encourages retreat goers to participate in the communal experience in an effort to elevate their growth through the power of human connection.
